What We’re Watching: Are Proposed Title IX Regulations on Sexual Harassment a Step in the Right Direction? – by Education Next

On June 27, 2019, at 6:30 pm, AEI will host a debate on the wisdom of the Trump administration’s decision to roll back regulations on sexual harassment put in place by the Obama administration.

The participants in the debate are Nancy Chi Cantalupo, Barry University School of Law; Seth Galanter, National Center for Youth Law; Tamara Rice Lave, University of Miami School of Law and R. Shep Melnick, Boston College.
