In the News: Supreme Court to Hear Case on Unions, Non-Member Financial Requirements – by Education Next

On Monday, February 25, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in  Janus vs. AFSCME, a case that could “deal a potentially crippling blow to public sector unions.”
