What We’re Watching: Can Charter Schools Survive Polarization and Populism? – by Education Next

On Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 4 pm, the Fordham Institute will host a panel discussion on support for charter schools. As the event page notes, last year’s Education Next poll found a steep drop in charter support among Democrats. The panelists, Charles Barone, Carlos Marquez, and Nina Rees, and moderator Mike Petrilli will consider what America’s rising polarization and populism could mean for charter schools.
